RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY – GRAY MOUNT
You may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
An order is eligible for exchange only if:
The product is unused and unworn
Security tags and original labels are intact and attached
The product is in its original condition
EXCHANGE TERMS
You may exchange your item for:
A different size, or
A different product
A ₹100 one-way exchange fee applies due to delivery partner charges
All exchanges are subject to stock availability
PRICE DIFFERENCE
If the replacement item is lower in value, the balance will be credited to your Mount Gray store wallet
If the replacement item is higher in value, you will need to pay the difference
PROCESSING TIME
Exchanges typically take 7–8 working days to process
Additional delivery time may apply depending on your location
RETURNS & REFUNDS
In case of a return, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s Mount Gray store wallet
