International orders are shipped in Mount Gray branded protective packaging to ensure product safety during transit.

International Shipping

All orders confirmed on the website are shipped within a period of 3–7 working days. We will ship your order using the courier service best suited for your zip/postal code. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

Our international shipping partners include Ship rocket, FedEx and DHL. Depending on the destination, your parcel may reach you within 15 working days from the date of dispatch. For certain regions, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance or logistical constraints.

We ship exclusively through reputed courier companies that provide live order tracking, allowing you to track your shipment at every stage of delivery.

Remote Area Shipping

Some regions are designated as “Remote Area Shipping” by our courier partners. Due to frequent updates in the list of zip/pin codes classified as remote areas, it is not always possible to determine this status in advance.

If your delivery address falls under a Remote Area Shipping category, you may be required to pay an additional fee of USD 25 (subject to change).

If you choose to cancel your order due to remote area shipping charges, a full refund will be issued to you.
