International orders are shipped in Mount Gray branded protective packaging to ensure products reach customers safely and securely.

International Shipping

All confirmed orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders are shipped through trusted courier and logistics partners best suited for the destination postal or ZIP code. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures. Most international shipments are delivered within 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch; however, delays may occur due to customs clearance, local regulations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote Area Shipping
